CineVault respects intellectual property rights. We do not host any video content on our servers — all movies are embedded from third-party sources. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and will act on valid DMCA takedown notices.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner and believe content on CineVault infringes your rights, send a written notice to our DMCA agent containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, address)
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on CineVault where the allegedly infringing content appears
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 72 hours.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address. Include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
CineVault will terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
