CineVault is a movie discovery and streaming aggregator. We use the TMDB API to display publicly available movie information and embed third-party video players to stream content. We do not host, upload, or store any video files on our servers.

You may use CineVault for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or copy site content at scale without permission
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service
• Use the site for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent any technical measures we implement

3. Third-Party Content

CineVault embeds video content from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or legality of that content. If you believe any embedded content infringes copyright, use our DMCA process.

4. Intellectual Property

CineVault's design, code, and original content are owned by us. Movie data is provided by TMDB under their terms. Movie posters, titles, and metadata belong to their respective rights holders.

5. Advertising

CineVault is supported by advertising. By using the site, you consent to ads being displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

6. Disclaimers

CineVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that streams will always be available. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
